This Privacy Policy explains how LVCHA VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (the 'App'). We process data only for defined service purposes and apply reasonable security safeguards.

When you download and launch the App, the system may process necessary operational data, including but not limited to IP address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend more suitable routes, LVCHA VPN may use approximate device location. This information is used to: 1. Recommend connection options based on node distribution; 2. Identify regional connection trends through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Send required service updates, security notices, or account reminders. We limit retention of sensitive data where reasonably possible.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, performance statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulation; 2. Necessary to protect users' life, property, or investigate fraud; 3. Working with entrusted providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop future collection, remove the App using your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To close your account and delete your profile, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, product changes, or business adjustments. Please review this page periodically.
