This agreement is a legal contract between you and LVCHA VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy or modify the App or associated trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken security and affect app operation.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers' terms.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor local signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming outside your home country, make sure you have a suitable data plan and permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because of depleted battery, system permission limits, or third-party service changes is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and connection information, but some data may come from third-party partners, so we are not liable for indirect losses arising from it. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust or terminate service within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
